2004:
- New Shaefer 3100 Roller Furler
2005:
- New Quantum 8.8 oz sails.
- Mast pulled, corrosion treated, spreader bushings and  masthead sheaves replaced.  New VHF antennae and deck light installed.
- New LED tri-color
- New standing rigging
- Keel pulled, bolts repaired, centerboard pivot and pendant replaced.
2006:
- New hot-water heater
- Cockpit speakers replaced.
- Fresh water engine flush  plumbing installed.
2007:
- Portlights replaced with new Lewmar models.
- Factory re-conditioned Furuno radar installed.
- All batteries replaced.
- Engine control panel replaced.
- 85 Amp solar panels and Blue Energy controller installed.
- Upgraded to Racor 230 series fuel filters and vacuum gauges on main and aux tanks.
2008:
-  New prop, cutlass bearing.-
-  Upgraded alternator to 85 amp model.
- Compass overhauled
2009:
- Installed back-up bilge pump and alarm.
- Replaced exhaust hose
- Replaced propane solenoid unit.
- Replaced head commode.
2010:
- Installed in-line electric fuel pump.
- Replaced life line from stern pulpit to midships with stainless hand rail.
- New Bimini
- Starter rebuilt.
- Installed starter relay and alternate starter switch in engine compartment.
- New nav panel installed
- Replaced  VHF with Standard Horizon, Matrix AIS model with cockpit RAM mike.
- Replaced GPS with Garmin 541s.
- Replaced stereo with Clarion CD/AM/FM.
- Replacement new Raymarine Auto pilot
2011:
- New Lewmar Pro windlass
- Replaced starter battery
- Installed Stack Pack sail cover
- Repainted bottom with Seahawk Tropikote
2012:
- Replaced all waste hoses and Y valves.
- Replaced all AC receptacles with GFI units.
- All mirrors replaced.

Head Detail

 All waste hoses replaced 2012.  Toilet pump assy replaced and vanity re-plumbed 2011.

Left to right: Sirius Satellite Radio, Clarion CD/Stereo,* Standard Horizon Matrix VHF radio with AIS receiver,* Garmin 541 GPS,* Furuno 24 mile radar (factory re-conditioned in 2007).  Replaced starboard Nav panel with Fire-Port.*

Galley counter tops refinished with new formica in 2012.  Yanmar engine under sink on right.

This is the V Berth as viewed from the salon.  Cushions were new in 2010.  Oak tool chest and tool storage under berth.
